Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at London Asian DT Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Evaluate and optimize daily restaurant operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Staff Supervision
- Supervise and mentor a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
- Provide coaching and training to staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Inventory Management
- Oversee the ordering and inventory management of food and supplies to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste and minimize costs.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and maintained in the restaurant.
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Suppliers and Partnerships
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners.
- Personal Qualities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Certifications
- Smart Serve certification.
- Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Food Safety Certificate.
- Computer Skills
- MS Excel skills.
- Point of sale system experience.
- Spreadsheet skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a team of staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
Work HoursThe successful candidate will work 35 to 40 hours per week.
