Position Overview:

As a Customer Experience Specialist, your primary focus will be enhancing the customer journey by providing personalized service and meeting their needs. You will engage in cross-category selling across various platforms to achieve sales objectives, drive growth, and elevate the shopping experience. This role embodies the Own Your Style service model and requires a proactive, personable approach to customer service. You will work closely with your peers, particularly the At Your Service team, and connect customers with Personal Stylists when needed.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by assisting with merchandise sales and addressing customer needs, whether in-store or through virtual channels.
  • Utilize product knowledge and digital tools to enhance sales by guiding customers in making informed product selections.
  • Support customers in choosing the right products, particularly in apparel, focusing on size and fit.
  • Promote your services by leveraging company resources and utilizing the sales promotion calendar to drive sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships throughout the store to effectively resolve issues and ensure optimal outcomes for customers.
  • Communicate with the Sales and Customer Experience Manager, providing feedback to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain departmental standards for recovery, including the sales floor and fitting rooms.
  • Adhere to asset protection and compliance protocols.

Who You Are:

  • Skilled in effectively communicating and presenting information to customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Possess at least one year of experience in retail or sales.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the store.
  • Frequent use of technology, including computers and handheld devices.
  • Capability to reach, crouch, kneel, stoop, and climb ladders.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
