Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Scalian. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Quality Cell Team in identifying and resolving non-conformities
- Characterize defects on purchased parts and write detailed reports to minimize production disruptions
- Secure production lines by ensuring no defective parts are available, with clear mapping and physical identification
- Organize re-feeding to the line with new conform parts within the takt-time of the line
- Implement first-level containment, including control and sorting activities, and coordinate with suppliers
- Block stock for non-conform parts and request new control keys for incoming inspections
- Create non-conformity reports in ERP and SQP, and notify suppliers via the Supplier Quality Portal tool
- Manage supplier rework activities and participate in daily and weekly meetings with stakeholders
Requirements
- Rigorous and detail-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster productive working relationships
- Fluent French language skills, with reading, writing, and speaking proficiency
- Good English language skills, with reading, writing, and speaking proficiency
- Good communication, written, and verbal skills
- Basic computer skills, including Excel
