At Segula Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure that our products meet the required standards and specifications.
- Perform visual inspections of mechanical and electrical work to identify any defects or non-conformities.
- Document inspection results and report any non-conformities to the relevant teams.
- Analyze defect causes and propose solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Verify compliance of subassemblies with contractual and internal requirements.
- Record inspection results in our digital industrial systems.
- Ensure quality documentation for all components and assemblies.
- Participate in joint inspections with clients to ensure that our products meet their requirements.
- Verify equipment calibration and ensure that all equipment and instruments used during inspections are properly calibrated.
- Perform on-site audits in production to ensure that our quality standards are being met.
- Degree in a technical or engineering field is required.
- Minimum 4 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing sector is required.
- Ability to read drawings and specifications and familiarity with various testing equipment is required.
- Experience in the railway sector is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French, both oral and written, are required.
- Attention to detail and good communication skills are essential.
- Knowledge of quality standards (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, etc.) and quality tools is a plus.
