Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Metrology Inspector / Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Segula Technologies. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and precision of our dimensional control processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and measure large-scale components to ensure dimensional accuracy
- Assemble and calibrate measurement tools and equipment
- Perform topometry of industrial infrastructure
- Conduct 3D terrain scanning
- Prepare and submit measurement reports
- Develop and maintain measurement protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Metrology or related field
- Experience in the rail industry (an asset)
- Proficiency in dimensional measurement software and tools (Spatial Analyzer, Polyworks, Metrolog, FARO Scene, Autocad LT, CATIA)
- Experience with dimensional measurement instruments (laser tracker, FARO photogrammetry, total station, C3 scanner, MMT)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in English (B2 level minimum)
