Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Metrology Inspector / Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Segula Technologies. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and precision of our dimensional control processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and measure large-scale components to ensure dimensional accuracy
• Assemble and calibrate measurement tools and equipment
• Perform topometry of industrial infrastructure
• Conduct 3D terrain scanning
• Prepare and submit measurement reports
• Develop and maintain measurement protocols
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Metrology or related field
• Experience in the rail industry (an asset)
• Proficiency in dimensional measurement software and tools (Spatial Analyzer, Polyworks, Metrolog, FARO Scene, Autocad LT, CATIA)
• Experience with dimensional measurement instruments (laser tracker, FARO photogrammetry, total station, C3 scanner, MMT)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Fluency in English (B2 level minimum)
