Overview: The Director of Client Success plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients achieve their objectives through our services. This position is integral to the organization, driving client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as a champion for each client, guaranteeing they receive exemplary service and support.
  2. Develop trust and enhance relationships by gaining a comprehensive understanding of each client's aspirations and prioritizing those objectives throughout the partnership.
  3. Maintain consistent communication with clients, serving as their primary contact and relationship steward.
  4. Provide leadership with unbiased data and actionable insights to facilitate informed decision-making.
  5. Collaborate across departments, including Data and Analytics, Marketing, and Business Development, to ensure client needs are effectively addressed.
  6. Deliver ongoing training to clients regarding our programs, services, and products.
  7. Promote the utilization of the MARKETview platform and encourage client involvement in events and engagement opportunities.
  8. Contribute to the strategic client service roadmap, guiding product improvements and innovations.
  9. Leverage internal systems and processes to maximize client engagement.
  10. Plan, execute, and oversee client meeting agendas and schedules.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree required.
  2. 5-10 years of experience in serving higher education institutions, particularly in areas such as enrollment management, admissions, academic affairs, student affairs, or advancement.
  3. A strong commitment to client service and a desire to facilitate their success.
  4. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Excellent time management capabilities.
  7. A proactive attitude towards learning and a willingness to ask insightful questions.
  8. A positive demeanor and a driven mindset.
  9. A commitment to fostering a client-centric culture and enhancing leadership skills within the client service domain.
