  8. Contribute to the development of the client service strategy, influencing product improvements and enhancements.

  10. Coordinate and manage client meeting schedules efficiently.
Qualifications
  1. A Bachelor's degree is required.
  2. 5-10 years of experience in serving higher education institutions, particularly in areas such as enrollment management, admissions, academic affairs, student affairs, or advancement.
  3. A strong commitment to client service and a desire to facilitate their success.
  4. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Excellent time management capabilities.
  7. A curious mindset with a willingness to learn through thoughtful inquiry.
  8. A positive, motivated demeanor.
  9. A commitment to fostering a client service culture and enhancing leadership skills within the client management sphere.
