About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Manager to lead our cloud infrastructure delivery team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our cloud infrastructure. Your expertise will drive the success of our cloud operations, ensuring seamless application deployments and automation scripts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of cloud infrastructure engineers, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee cloud infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure management, and team leadership, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing cloud environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Heroku) and cloud management tools.
  • Strong expertise in cloud security, networking, and infrastructure management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
