Business Development Representative

HiNeon is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team
As a leading provider of custom signage solutions, we specialize in metal, acrylic, LED, and neon signs. We partner with sign and printing shops across North America to deliver top-tier custom signage solutions.
Your Role:- Identify and engage potential clients within the signage industry, focusing on onboarding new sign shops to our platform.
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our innovative signage solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve ambitious targets and drive business growth.
- Contribute to market research initiatives and identify promising new business opportunities within the signage sector.
- Gather valuable client feedback to inform product and service enhancements.
- 3+ years of proven experience within the signage industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients.
- A deep understanding of the North American sign industry landscape and its key players.
