Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on the road, as it involves significant travel to engage directly with clients and conduct in-person product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and engage potential clients, focusing on signing up new sign shops to the HiNeon platform.
  • Conduct frequent in-person product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our innovative solutions.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by offering solutions and support to help them grow their business.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve targets and drive growth.
  • Assist in conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Gather and relay client feedback to contribute to product and service enhancements.

Travel Requirement:

This position requires substantial travel, typically around four days per week, to visit clients and perform product demonstrations. Candidates must be comfortable with constant on-the-road work and have a reliable means of transportation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of working experience in the signage or closely related industry.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A good understanding of the North American sign industry community.
