Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget and Expenditures: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring that our HR department operates within budget.
  • Supervision: Supervise other workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their job requirements.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Development: Train other workers, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, ensuring that our company is in compliance with all contractual obligations.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to employee inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases, ensuring that our HR data is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a human resources role.
  • Skills: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, electronic scheduler, database software, social media, MS Access, MS Office, LinkedIn.
Work Environment:
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, repetitive tasks, large caseload, large workload, work with minimal supervision.
