At Ontario Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets, supervising other workers, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in recruitment, training, and development. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Supervise other workers
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Train other workers
  • Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Manage contracts
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Provide customer service
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
