Job Title: Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Human Resources Officer to join our team at ELEMENTS CARRIER INC.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants. The successful candidate will also advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, review candidate inventories, and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and prepare and post notices and advertisements.
  • Collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
