Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Ontario Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, including tasks such as budget planning, policy implementation, and recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Supervise other workers
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Train other workers
  • Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Manage contracts
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Provide customer service
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Work under pressure
  • Tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Large caseload
  • Large workload
  • Work with minimal supervision
