Key Responsibilities:- Provide HSE leadership and guidance to operations management and employees
- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and standards
- Conduct investigations and analyses of incidents, near misses, and hazards
- Formulate regional or divisional HSE goals, objectives, standards, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with OHS regulatory standards and client policies
- Coordinate training and awareness programs
- Develop and maintain Emergency Response Plans
- Monitor and report on HSE statistical and KPI data
- Designation as a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) or equivalent
- 10 years of experience in a HSE practitioner/leadership role in oil and gas
- Certified Energy Safety Canada auditor (internal or external)
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline
- Driver's license in good standing
- Valid passport
