About the Role

Hillberg & Berk is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Client Ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our brand initiatives to drive sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience for all clients
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the success of the store through effective sales and merchandising strategies
  • Partner with store management to promote brand initiatives and drive sales growth
  • Share customer feedback and business trends with the Retail Store Management Team to inform business decisions
  • Support the maintenance of visual presentation standards and ensure the store is replenished at all times
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of two years retail sales experience, excellent communication and time management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
