Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced leaders to join our School Administrative Leadership Pool. This pool will be considered for future openings in Principal and Vice-Principal assignments at the elementary and secondary level.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage school administrative teams to achieve academic excellence and student success
- Develop and implement school improvement plans to enhance student outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and community partners to promote student well-being and academic achievement
- Provide leadership and support to teachers and staff to enhance instructional practices and student learning
- Ensure compliance with board policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience as a Principal or Vice-Principal in a public school setting
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, staff, and community partners
- Knowledge of the Ontario Leadership Framework and the ability to apply its principles in a school setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
