Position Overview: Technical Learning Advisor - Preflight Aircraft Mechanic

Bombardier, a prominent player in the aviation industry, is in search of a talented professional to assist in the creation and implementation of technical training materials. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to assess training requirements and propose effective solutions aimed at improving the manufacturing workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough assessments of training requirements
  • Create and revise technical training materials
  • Facilitate training workshops
  • Assist in the onboarding of new personnel and offer technical guidance

Qualifications:

  • Well-organized with effective planning capabilities
