Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team at Linck Child, Youth & Family Supports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide reception and administrative support to the overall organization, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting clients and visitors.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, mail sorting, and photocopying.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our organization's policies, procedures, and services to provide informed support to clients and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • One (1) year of post-secondary education in Office Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Over three (3) months of practical experience in a reception or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingualism in French is considered an asset.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and communities.
  • Knowledge of cultural competency and trauma-informed practices.
