Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Clerk to join our team at Westrock Battery & Auto Supply Limited. As a Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Assist customers with purchasing decisions and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point of sale system.
