Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at 2004354 Alberta Ltd. as a Food Service Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards and presented in a visually appealing manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant or fast food outlet/concession.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks such as food preparation and cleaning.
- Standing for Extended Periods: Stand for extended periods while working in the kitchen.
- Work Under Pressure: Work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
- Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
