Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at The Neebing Roadhouse. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers, while ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and present high-quality dishes that meet our culinary standards, using fresh and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
- Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service and food quality.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Skills: Excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication and leadership skills.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced kitchen environment with frequent standing and walking.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a hot and humid environment.
- Communication: Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management.
- Organizational: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a positive and supportive attitude.
