About FTI Capital Advisors
FTI Capital Advisors (FTICA) serves as the investment banking arm of FTI Consulting, specializing in special situations. Our team leverages the extensive global network of FTI Consulting to provide comprehensive services in M&A advisory, capital raising, balance sheet restructuring, and strategic analysis.

Role Overview
The Senior Associate will play a critical role in managing the complete transaction lifecycle, from initial assessments to due diligence, negotiations, and finalization. Responsibilities include:
  • Providing advisory services to a diverse clientele, including corporations, boards, private equity firms, and lenders in complex scenarios.
  • Conducting financial modeling and valuation analyses.
  • Enhancing investment banking analytical skills and transaction process expertise.

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and financing strategies while collaborating with leading professionals across various sectors.

Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Approximately 3+ years of relevant experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • A solid understanding of financial statements and corporate operations.
  • The ability to travel as required.

Preferred qualifications include CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials, experience in M&A, Transaction Services, or Corporate Finance, and advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
