Financial Reporting Specialist at Dimplex North America Ltd.

Position Overview

In the role of Financial Reporting Specialist at Dimplex North America Ltd., you will collaborate with various teams to deliver essential financial analysis and reporting. Your responsibilities will include overseeing cost management initiatives, assisting in the budgeting and forecasting processes, and enhancing the efficiency of analytical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Management: Oversee cost entries in the ERP system, spearhead the standard costing budget process, conduct cost analyses, and support profitability assessments.
  • Financial Analysis: Evaluate Profit and Loss statements and Balance Sheets, generate reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the budgeting and forecasting activities, and prepare vital financial documentation.
  • Additional Duties: Provide financial leadership, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and support various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Team-oriented and analytical approach
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI
