Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Associate - Record to Report Specialist to join our Finance Shared Services Centre in Cambridge. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial data, contributing to the success of our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Data Collection and Processing

Collect, process, and present timely and accurate financial data, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

General Ledger Journal Entries

Post general ledger journal entries, ensuring accurate and complete financial records.

Balance Sheet Reconciliation

Perform balance sheet reconciliation, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.

Month-End Close

Contribute to the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience

A degree in Accounting or a related field, with 2-3 years of experience in a corporate finance function, preferably with exposure to enterprise resource planning software.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a strong understanding of financial data and reporting.

Language Skills

Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
