Oversee and manage all Biopharma and Provider Solutions (BPS) contracts within the Apttus system, ensuring accurate filing and updates while serving as the key point of contact between business and legal teams. Assist in drafting and negotiating various types of contracts (including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs) and organize them within the contract management system. Prepare and facilitate RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Coordinate all contract management and administrative tasks associated with existing programs, including tracking deliverables and liaising with internal departments for necessary actions. Review draft scopes of work and specifications, providing guidance to requestors for enhancements prior to legal submission. Manage and review contractual requests submitted through the Central Intake process. Process and monitor document completion in Docusign. Oversee Salesforce and Apttus software access, collaborating with developers on necessary system improvements. Manage the contract lifecycle within Apttus, from draft submission to full execution, including reviewing contracts, coordinating with legal, and ensuring proper storage of executed contracts. Design and implement a contract tracking system to ensure accuracy, compliance, and version control. Advise stakeholders on contract milestones, including renewal deadlines, throughout the contract lifecycle. Provide training to users on the Contract Management Software and Salesforce. Assess and manage contractual risks, collaborating closely with legal and other departments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

General Duties

Process legal requests through Central Intake and manage enhancements to the contract management applications. Offer feedback to business partners to ensure defensible processes for internal and external audits related to Contract Management. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in document requirements, Salesforce, Docusign, Apttus, and X-Author management. Create and update training materials and SOPs to support contract processing and legal requests. Conduct training sessions for new users and group training for software enhancements. Maintain a strong understanding of McKesson Biopharma and Provider Solutions offerings to recognize interdependencies across business units. Plan, schedule, and organize various activities that involve complex issues and tight deadlines with high accuracy. Demonstrate leadership skills by providing direction to others without formal management authority. Assist with special projects as needed. Identify opportunities for process optimization within the contract management lifecycle, implementing improvements for enhanced efficiency. Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for contract management activities, generating regular reports for senior management to provide insights into contract performance and compliance. Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, acting as a key liaison between the organization and external partners.
