About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Jessy's Pizza. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Pricing

Develop and implement menu plans that meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and competitor activity.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff. Provide coaching and feedback to ensure that staff are meeting their performance goals and providing excellent customer service.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies. Ensure that we have the right products in stock at the right time to meet customer demand.

Customer Service

Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met. Respond promptly to customer complaints and concerns.

Financial Management

Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure that we are meeting our financial targets and making a profit.

Requirements
  • Education

Certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly. Strong leadership and management skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Language

The language of work is English.
