Assistant Manager for Restaurant Operations

As an Assistant Manager at Gold Rush Pizza Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily restaurant operations. Your leadership will ensure a high standard of service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Evaluation: Assess daily workflows to enhance productivity.
- Staff Oversight: Supervise and evaluate team performance to maintain service excellence.
- Financial Management: Handle cash transactions and prepare financial reports, including balance sheets.
- Performance Assessment: Conduct regular reviews of staff performance to promote growth.
- Inventory Control: Organize and manage stock levels to ensure availability of supplies.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health regulations and safety standards.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Service Delivery: Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Operational Procedures: Execute opening and closing tasks to maintain operational readiness.
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean and upkeep restaurant equipment to ensure functionality.
- Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily operations for optimal performance.
Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.
