About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at SARA FRANCHISE CANADA LTD. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a Spokesperson: Represent our organization in a professional and courteous manner, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Advise on Strategies: Provide guidance to clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies, helping them to achieve their business goals.
  • Answer Inquiries: Respond to written and oral inquiries from customers, providing accurate and helpful information to support their needs.
  • Gather and Prepare Materials: Collect and prepare communications materials, such as reports and presentations, to support customer interactions.
  • Address Complaints: Listen to and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Provide Information: Answer customer inquiries and provide information on our services, products, and policies.
  • Arrange Refunds: Process refunds and credits for customers, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Explain Services: Clearly explain the type and cost of services offered, ensuring that customers understand their options.
  • Issue Receipts: Provide receipts and other forms to customers, as required.
  • Explain Procedures: Explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients, ensuring that they understand our services and policies.
  • Consult with Clients: Meet with clients after sales to provide ongoing support and ensure their satisfaction.

You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team at SARA FRANCHISE CANADA LTD, working closely with colleagues to achieve our goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
