About the Role

The Inventory Replenishment Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal inventory levels for product categories and stores under their responsibility. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this individual will be responsible for answering requests and providing support to corporate stores regarding replenishment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the supply team to meet goals for in-stock products, service rate, inventory turnover, and supplier performance
  • Support stores by responding to all questions and problems regarding procurement
  • Ensure effective communication between stores and relevant departments
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement to meet objectives
  • Mobilize and involve other sectors and stores to meet objectives
  • Monitor and take charge of various improvement interventions
  • Efficiently meet store needs to quickly resolve issues
  • Work closely with teams in charge of procurement, planning, merchandising, and logistics

Requirements

  • University degree (or college degree with relevant experience)
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Customer satisfaction and results-driven approach
  • Understanding of the procurement process
  • Very good understanding of the retail industry
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and drive
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Availability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of E3 and SIDMA (an asset)
