About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Analyst. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring an optimal level of inventory for the product categories and stores under your responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with internal partners to develop strategies to optimize inventory levels and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Marketing Strategies: Participate in the planning and execution of marketing strategies for the categories under your responsibility.
  • Replenishment Parameters: Define and maintain replenishment parameters in line with the corporate inventory management strategy while supporting marketing initiatives for the products under your responsibility.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and monitor performance indicators (level of products in stock, accuracy of sales forecasts, turnover rate, inventory budget, dashboard, product status, etc.)
  • Collaboration: Ensure excellent collaboration with business partners responsible for merchandising and coordinate various activities with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in operations management or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to 4 years' related experience, preferably in demand planning and stock management.
  • Skills: Proficiency with computer tools such as MS Excel and databases, analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
  • Language: Proficient in French, spoken and written.
