About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at The Pearle Hotel and Spa. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Assist clients/guests with special needs, perform same duties as workers supervised, and coordinate, assign, and review work.
  • Staff Management: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Operations: Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Supply Chain: Requisition materials and supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail.
  • Health Benefits: Dental plan, health care plan, paramedical services coverage.
  • Work Terms: Permanent, 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
