Executive Vice President, Real Estate Asset Management

Fitzrovia Real Estate Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Vice President, Real Estate Asset Management. This position will be responsible for overseeing the regional management of the company's investment strategy and related business activities in the Montreal region.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with senior members of the company to evaluate new business strategies and contribute to the growth of the firm.
- Lead acquisitions, closings, and business plan execution for the company's business verticals.
- Engage with third-party brokers and landowners to secure transaction opportunities.
- Assess potential investments through financial modeling and market research.
- Oversee data-driven analysis to inform major decision-making.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices across business verticals.
- Represent the company at industry events and panels.
- Provide business oversight and leadership to regional employees.
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- ~10+ years of experience in finance, including principal investing at a private equity company or real estate firm.
- Real estate experience and a keen interest in developing relationships in the sector.
- Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Motivated to oversee the work and contribute to the development of junior team members.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with the ability to work independently and synergistically in a lean corporate structure.
