About the Opportunity

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioners to join our team at SuccessFactors. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the advancement of our healthcare services.

As a Graduate Nurse Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. You will be responsible for diagnosing, ordering, and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and performing procedures within the legislated scope of practice.

  • Signing Bonus: We offer a signing bonus of $10,000 for a two-year return of service or up to $15,000 for a three-year return of service if a position is accepted in one of our rural hard-to-fill units.

Requirements
  • Education: You must have a Master's degree in Nursing and be eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Nova Scotia.
  • Experience: You must have at least 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or be a recent graduate with a strong academic record.
  • Skills: You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
