Position Overview:
The Advanced Practice Nurse at Sinai Health is responsible for delivering holistic care to both newborns and obstetric patients within the Maternal and Newborn Care Program and the Postnatal Outpatient Clinic.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing along with a Nurse Practitioner certification
- Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Background in family practice with a focus on newborn care
- Certification in Perinatal Nursing and as a Lactation Consultant
- Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation and CPR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capacity to work autonomously while also collaborating in a dynamic environment
