About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable individual to join our team as a Painting and Decorating Supervisor at Prestige Colors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the painting and decorating operations, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of painters and decorators to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Recruit and train new team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects and ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the work site is safe and secure.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure that projects are completed accurately.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment

The work environment is outdoors, at heights, and dusty. The work setting is construction, maintenance, and various locations.
