Position Overview

The Grocery Store Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers at Dawson City General Store Ltd. This position involves various responsibilities aimed at maintaining the store's operations and providing excellent customer service.

  • Unpack and organize incoming stock, ensuring accurate counting and sorting.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in stock areas and display sections.
  • Price items using appropriate labeling methods.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping.
  • Operate electric pallet jacks as needed.
  • Engage in order picking activities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
