Position Overview

The Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities within the food and beverage processing sector. This role requires a strong focus on enhancing productivity and ensuring the highest quality of products.

Education Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Work Environment

The work site may present various odours typical of food processing environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on strategies to boost productivity and improve product quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of a team, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Develop methods to meet production schedules and align work activities with other departments.
Supervisory Duties

This position involves managing a team of approximately 5-10 individuals, primarily labourers engaged in food, beverage, and tobacco processing.

Safety and Security

A criminal record check is a prerequisite for this role.
