Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 0811345 BC Ltd. as a key member of our food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to maintain high-quality standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure timely ordering.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, as well as budget and cost estimates.
- Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
This is a fast-paced environment requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be a team player with flexibility and a strong work ethic.
