Food Service Supervisor

BYO FOOD ENTERPRISE LTD. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food service operations.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Hire and manage food service staff to meet the needs of our customers.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on food service operations and staff performance.
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize overtime.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management.
- Food Safety Certificate and Serving It Right Certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- 80 hours bi-weekly.
- Permanent position.
- English language.
