Position Overview

The Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations within the food production environment. This role requires a keen focus on enhancing productivity and ensuring the highest standards of product quality.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Work Environment

The supervisor will work in an environment characterized by various odours associated with food processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement strategies to boost productivity and enhance product quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of a team of workers.
  • Develop methods to achieve work schedules and coordinate tasks with other departments.
Supervisory Responsibilities

The supervisor will manage a team of approximately 5-10 individuals, primarily labourers involved in food, beverage, and tobacco processing.

Safety and Security

A criminal record check is required for this position to ensure safety within the workplace.
