Job Summary

EL COMAL MEXICAN FOODS CORP. is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Processing Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food processing team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality food products while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 labourers in food, beverage, and tobacco processing.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Worksite Environment and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
    • Criminal record check required.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with team members.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food and beverage processing.
