Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 1595278 Ontario Corporation. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Analyze operating costs and other data to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and cooking techniques to enhance our menu offerings.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure excellent food preparation and presentation.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events and banquets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a chef or in a related culinary role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
