About Rosecourt Motel

We are a dynamic and growing motel chain seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Motel Operations Supervisor. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead a team of 3-4 staff members, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, respond to guest complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the maintenance of our motel's facilities, equipment, and systems, ensuring they are in good working order and meet our high standards.
  • Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Business Continuity: Develop and implement strategies to ensure business continuity, including emergency preparedness and response plans.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Environment: Willing to relocate for this position.
