Role Overview:

As an Intermediate Auto Claims Advisor, you will serve as the primary contact for our clients during critical moments. Your role will involve delivering exceptional service, guiding clients through the claims process, conducting thorough investigations, and determining the most effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in navigating the claims process by investigating auto collision claims and addressing their needs.
  • Adhere to both company and industry regulations, ensuring best practices are followed while taking ownership of customer outcomes.
  • Operate independently in a digital workspace.
  • Engage in continuous training to stay informed about the latest claims handling practices.
  • Contribute to special projects and provide insights to enhance Aviva's commitment to outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Auto Claims Adjusting is preferred.
  • Experience in a Call Center environment is beneficial.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital environments and online task management.
  • A genuine curiosity and proactive approach to improving processes for a better customer experience.
  • Ability to contribute positively to our organizational culture and values.
