Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and empathetic individuals to join our Auto Claims team as Intermediate Auto Claims Advisors. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers during their claims journey, providing them with the support and guidance they need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers through the claims process by thoroughly investigating auto collision claims and addressing their needs.
  • Adhere to both company and industry regulations, ensuring best practices are followed while taking ownership of customer outcomes.
  • Work independently in a digital environment, utilizing technology to enhance the claims experience.
  • Engage in continuous training to stay informed about the latest best practices in claims management.
  • Contribute to special projects and provide insights to support Aviva's initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Auto Claims Adjusting is preferred.
  • Experience in a Call Center environment is an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in working within a digital landscape and performing online tasks.
  • A genuine curiosity and proactive approach to enhancing processes for a better customer experience.
  • Ability to contribute positively to our organizational culture and values.
