Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear work priorities.
- Ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and budget management.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including supervision of 3-4 people.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Organized and efficient with a strong attention to detail.
- Dental plan, health care plan, and vision care benefits.
- Permanent position, 30 hours per week.
- Language of work: English.
