  • Engage with both internal and external partners to respond effectively to community requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Proven experience in senior management roles within non-profit or public sectors.
  • Expertise in budget oversight and human resources administration.

Essential Skills and Competencies:

  • Understanding of social challenges and issues faced by marginalized groups.
  • Experience in program design and assessment.
  • Capability to maintain professional boundaries while engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Licensing and Background Checks:

  • A valid Class 5 BC Driver's License and a clean driving history are required.
  • Successful completion of a Police Record Check is mandatory.
