Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of over 20 employees to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and sales results.
  • Operations: Manage the restaurant's inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a positive experience, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
